Shipping & Returns
- Orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day.
- We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States
- Expedited options are available to upgrade with USPS Priority or UPS
- International shipping currently: Canada, Mexico, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, France, Spain, & Italy
- For other international orders, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping fee quote
- Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery after tracking has been sent
- Kindly note, some products can take up to 2 weeks to deliver due to the production process
- In the very rare case an item is damaged during transit, please keep the packaging as you opened it and contact us at email@example.com for further instructions. All damaged items must be reported within 2 days of package delivery.
- Brand new items may be returned for a full refund, provided they are in their original, unused condition within 14 days of initial receipt.
- Items must be shipped back the same method in which they were initially shipped (e.g. UPS “fragile protection” packages must be shipped back via UPS “fragile protection”).
- For U.S Orders we will issue a prepaid USPS return label
- For international orders, buyer must pay return shipping cost
